I find the bit about being a conversion supplier interesting? it is not
de-conversion that they mention?
The tails are already at UF6, so that would mean they will be enriching more Uranium from a mine probably and that will need conversion wouldn't it?
So the question here is why do they need more UF6?
I reckon the answer is because they will be producing HALEU, there was a small mention of that in the last announcement.
