IMO a non renounceable rights issue is the fairest.
Mainly because you know exactly how many shares you will get before you send your money.
How much in over subscriptions is now sitting in their trust account and will take too long to be returned to shareholders?
This $30,000 limit thing seems to have crept into SPPs over the last couple of years and is a totally inefficient and lazy way of raising funds from shareholders IMO.
I sold my small holding to participate but only sent 11K TF.
