The allocation was very disappointing, 5% of the full whack applied.
But what the PTB should take out of this, is the lack of a "pro-rata" explanation. Look at the discussion yesterday. It was so much easier to understand and stomach, when it was a nn% scaleback.
After a quick look, is the pro-rata method as result of CR/SPP changes ASIC made in April?
