Is there anyway to take action?

i.e. I remember when there was an announcement regarding resignation of one of the directors about 1 year ago and again the other week - no explanation.

Richard Napier was getting paid about $350k per annum and all he did was ramp about how good the uranium was and it comes in at 1/3 of what was there historically.

Disclosures have been very poor.

About 2 years ago they said they would be in production by end of 2008.

Resource upgrade was consistently delayed - mind you it was a downgrade.

These are some things I can think of but there are a whole lot more.

Having said that the company still has other projects but my concern is its cash balance.
