    • GUANACO/AMANCAYA MINES TO RESTART OPERATIONS NEXT WEEK; SEES NO MATERIAL IMPACT TO 2020 PRODUCTION GUIDANCE
    • SETTLEMENT INCLUDES AVERAGE INCREASE IN SALARY & BENEFITS OF 15%, ONE-TIME BONUS OF ABOUT US$13,000/EMPLOYEE
    • BOTH UNIONS REPRESENTING 254 EMPLOYEES SIGNED 3 YEAR COLLECTIVE LABOUR AGREEMENT
