In order to perform more advanced processing within a chip, a stacked light receiving sensor according to an embodiment is provided with: a first substrate (100/300) which forms a first layer; a second substrate (120/ 320) which is joined to the first substrate and forms a second layer; a third substrate (140/340) which is joined to the second substrate and forms a third layer; a pixel array unit (101) which is provided with a plurality of unit pixels that are two-dimensionally arranged in a matrix; an analog circuit (201) which reads a pixel signal from the pixel array unit; a logic circuit (202) which is connected to the analog circuit and outputs the pixel signal; a memory (15) in which a neural network computation model is stored; a processing unit (14) which performs processing based on the neural network computation model on data based on the pixel signal; and an output unit (16) which is able to output at least a processing result based on the neural network computation model to the outside. The pixel array unit is disposed on the first layer, the analog circuit is disposed on any one or more of the first to third layers, and the logic circuit, the processing unit, and the memory are disposed on any one or more of the second and third layers.
