It's absurd and annoying that you're continuing this line of reasoning/attack. OBVIOUSLY MSB is not immune to the law it's a ridiculous suggestion. That's not what this is about.

Why are you trying to put me in the position of talking about something that doesn't ultimately involve ownership of shares? Of course it does!

It's disingenuous of you to do that and a neat trick. I almost wasn't going to bother replying and you're only getting a half reply because you simply haven't looked closer to work out what I'm talking about.

I've looked at companies before and one of the first things I'm concerned about is vulnerability to T/O. There's usually white knights that come in but you can't always rely on it. In this case MSB already has it lined up within related parties to the company.

FURTHER I strongly doubt if the big holders have hold all these years, just looking for a quick buck. NO. They're waiting for this to fully mature. And as others are pointing out, and I agree, because many of us have held many years and have reached an understanding of what SI is on about. He could have sold out comfortably years ago. The company will fully mature with partnership deals. Not takeovers.

And if a T/O were likely it would have been triggered at the cheapest point. Not going to happen IMO.
