look at the the filing date August 2019, so you don't think tesla and novonix over the last 10 months haven't chatted about this patent. Why the need for the capital raise once it was approved, if tesla was going to use it right away?
patience is a virtue, will tesla or GM be using this tech? Maybe, it's highly likely once they have developed it for commercial use.
