Not sure exactly.
I would assume it's a % of the annual sales run rate.
For example if current run rate is $10m p.m or $120m p.a & the materiality is 10% then a $12m deal would be material.
Just speculation on my part as to the % etc.
Just in the same way there wasn't a May sales update as the sales weren't materiality different to the $11m reported for April.
