    From looking in Appendix 4 of the prospectus, I think holders can only request exchange (for BNB shares) prior and just after a reset date. I'm not sure holders can request repayment on the reset date, but it looks like BNB have the option to do so if they choose.

    It seems like repayment can only be requested on trigger events (such as takeover, delisting, etc.) or on maturity.

    Happy to be wrong on this point; but this is my reading of it.
