One reason could be that a resource update is due out before Exore shareholders vote...
So the deal is not done yet...More than 50% are retail investors...
It could be that Exore share price is being held down....to allow accumulation..
so the vote is assured
It would be in Perseus interest to start buying shares...I am not sure if that is legal..
The big questions are why PRU didn't take up a position before the offer
and why a special meeting isn't called.
In the end it is a must for PRU but I still think they overpaid
