A wise MD once advised me the only time to be in a spec mining stock is when they're drilling, for obvious reasons. I'd add to that - In times of financial uncertainty, make sure it's a precious metals company with an existing JORC if possible. I've been following for a quite a while, but only recently became a holder. I'm still happy with the timing. Exciting times to be in ARD.
