Maybe because if the concerned group are right then it means the marketing side of the company are using dishonest comparison to market a product? I would be very worried if the company starts selling this product to non trial patients based solely on this study

I don't get why having a contrary opinion to other share holders disqualifies me from being a share-holder. I still believe in the product, and the people conducting the trials. Trust me if they bail I will be the first one out of here.

Last I checked we live in a democratic society and a forum such as this is a place for exchange of ideas, gain insight and different views. I may not agree with some of you, but your views deserves to be heard, so are mine, and we can agree to disagree.
