If you read the announcement the other day in regards to the suspension of distributions, they made a public statement to the effect that "operations are performing to expectations". This means that the business is performing to internal operating guidelines - i.e. enough to recoup Interest payments and ongoing capital expenditure.
So, all we know is that reason the market is selling down the stock is due to treasury or capital management reasons, which has everything to do with the conversion OF BEPPA to BBI, and nothing to do with rollover of short term debt
(30% of which is already been refinanced this year).
