It was definitely a strategic move bringing on the latest investor, 5% is potentially a small price to pay if he has a foot in the door to the Chinese market. The company was stalled 2 months on the test pilot due to COVID-19, and lets face it, there have been a lot of other buying opportunities of late, which is what has stalled our SP.... Any positive news from the test pilot, that will hopefully be coming soon, should send the SP north quite quickly. Great time to accumulate the stock IMO...
