You joined end of Oct, have made 2 posts here, yet you wade right in telling us to use our brains, and saying that the English in Linc's statement is "really amature" (sic) The word is 'amateur' mate.
Linc has claimed that there have been expressions of interest from other groups. Who knows? Maybe it's the majors that coalie39 mentions that are mining similar quality coal. You characterise that both as a threat and 'idle'. maybe it's not idle if it's a threat, and maybe it's a statement of fact and not a threat in the first place. I doubt you know.
If Linc's taking the risk of stating in an ASX announcement that they've got a 200m tonne open cut mineable body I'll take their word for it.
