Here is what I predicted only three weeks ago:
"Be prepared for management to release further "manufactured" negative reports, to help "persuade" gullible shareholders into supporting this theft of our company."

They have either misled shareholders with their previous statement, or they are misleading shareholders now with their newest claim. Isn't such behaviour illegal?
