NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Piedmont Lithium Limited (“Piedmont” or “Company” (NasdaqLL; ASXLL) today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 1,800,000 American Depositary Shares, each representing 100 of its ordinary shares (“Public Offering”, at a price per ADS to the public of $6.30, for aggregate gross proceeds of $11,340,000. Piedmont has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 265,000 of the ADSs sold in the Public Offering to cover over-allotments at the issue price of the Public Offering. The Public Offering is expected to close on June 11, 2020, subject to customary closing conditions.
