I have just managed to get a translation of the paper that appears on your post (jv123) it looks bad but it is one sided as ADY rep would not comment. The announcement today regarding besalco in my opinion has only been released to shareholders because of the reports in the paper otherwise we would have not known what is going on over there
The managers have been very tardy with this release when they have known about the dispute since it happened at the beginning of this month. Not only do we have a dispute about production levels but there is also the fact that payments have not been made for work done. Only time will tell but it does not look crash hot at the moment
I hold 270000 at 18cents
