Diamond and a small Anp team went to the US under the guise of doing a Biotech Presentation before the AGM ..last year.
iMO : Discussions were held with Big Bank/ stockbrokers..
So AEF has sold and have only 30 mill left ... my guess is that had to in order for the US investor to Buy in..
eg my post last year Goldman Sachs..?
So a CR could be done at 5.5c (not AEF)
