At least $1. I've had tons of patience here with Novogen/Kazia since 2014. The final straw was the recent credit raise. I have never seen a company deliver positive news and an offering at a 10% discount at the same time! Mind boggling! Let the market "run it up" to .60-.70 then announce the offering.
That's akin to being dealt 3 aces in 5 card draw and not betting or raising!
