you are forgetting that Vallenar has a 65 mth contract with Besalco. My understanding is that it cannot be broken irrespective that there is a court case pending on production issues.

I doubt very much if Vallenar will not pay Besalco once RLL funds arrive. You do not create one legal dispute because of another that is pending and may not be justified.Lets face it if Vallenar thought it had a case it could have stopped paying bills when it first went to court in June.

The 1m tonne pa production remains in doubt until the Board gives shareholders an update at the AGM.

It appears that ADY may have been broke back in Oct.
