I wonder if independant petroleum engineers are able to allow for wells where production is limited because of drill bits stuck in the hole i.e in their Reserve Report. Pehaps there is another category (or 2) that we havent heard about, such as P1.5,P2.5 etc. Just kidding( I dont think flow rates come into Reserve Reports,do they?)
