As already stated by others - buying via SPP means your money will go to the company.
Many under-estimate the true power of this. Even if the price dips below the SPP, it still more beneficial to buy in the SPP - considering you are long term.
Primary reason being it prevents/delays the next CR - this literally can be the difference between make or break. Therefore its in everyone's interest the company raise as much as possible.
I imagine the SPP will be oversubscribed and will need to go to vote to issue the additional shares.
