I cant see that happening. If it is private, that limits access to capital markets that may well be needed before this thing is self sustaining. Also, the big bucks are only available when a tech stock like this gains some traction and trades at very high multiples. That isnt available if it is private. You can only value the stock on standard metrics and not capture that speculative growth premium.
It would be crazy to take this stock private imo
