Not sure if you all saw the latest Co announcement:
SDG wiil be applying the settlement proceeds of $29.7 million from part sale of HEIGHTS-PIMPAMA to reduce their debt facility.
So, I wouldn't be expecting any dividends - presumably the company is more interested to pay off the debts - reducing total liability /share.
This will no doubt mean net asset value relative to share value must now be in excess of $2.60 of which we can only see $1.25.
Great for the company directors if they want to go private not so great for minority shareholders which presumably have to endure suppressed SP value for a long time to come!
