perhaps that's what the board wants SH to think
hence the underwritten
hence the extra 1mil protection
hence the buying now by said hedge fund.
who knows?? splitting cents here or there won't make much difference in the end. At least board have made an attempt to do something.
Reality is board have committed to buy under the same circumstances so if it wasn't all good why would they be buying at a premium to the last few months!??
