I have been going in loops on the interwebs trying to find some decent information about tax deductions for subscribing to 'advice' email newsletters like Rivkin, or Motley Fool or Marcus Today. Can anyone point me to an existing HC thread or external link where I can find the answer please.
Ex. Pay 500$ annually for subscription. In the emails the publisher recommends to buy a specific stock which I do thus I am acting on specific paid advice. Or, reading the newsletter improves my knowledge of the stockmarket which improves my portfolio.
