Discoveryman, I have contacted NG recently and he was a big enough man to admit to his mistakes. He believed funding would last comfortably until gold production but was given an unrealistic timeframe for how quickly mining could reach the ore body. I think you will find a new mine manager in place when mining resumes.
He also assured me that capital raising was going well and that different options for the options were being looked at but something would be done. Probably regarding expiry date and strike price.
It was obvious that with the pause in mining that some would run out of patience and exit the stock, but the volumes have been low and I'm confident all the loose ends are being tied up.
It's bloody frustrating that all this has happened but it doesn't alter the fact it is a great asset and I'm sure the same mistakes won't be made twice!
I continue to hold with some confidence.
