You never give up Blitz? Even when its staring you in the face...the bonds failed, there were clearly issues ie no interest or not enough interest by the announcement 12.12.19
The whole Paretto exercise a waste of about fourteen months and many dollars.
Covid is nothing but a convenient scapegoat.
Whether it was sovereign risk or other issues like the graphite space generally for the lack of interest...(most likely a combination), we may never really know..
I would say that I have been pretty much on the money along with a few others all the way through..
Even said ADF was a chance for funding.
