U are not in breach of any law because he is not a company employee and his relation is with the patient and with the hospital. Being double blind means he " doesn'0t know" as such he is assuming the drug(therapy) is the one that is solving the problem
Of course 1 patient is not enough to c0onclude all trial but for sure most of that doctors knows what is going on and they see clearly ( when some trial like that) creates two groups... one with 90^% mortality and other with 90% survival and plain recovery.
In spite so many people says "no" inside trading happen every single day at hundreds of different sittuations ...
