That statement has been in their since last year, that was original plan prior to find up to 50mt of DSS at potentially 1%. (BDZ and KCZ)
Blend with high grade MS and and could be 1.5-2.0%.
Nothing will start until downstream plant is built, as you would need large storage shed for concentrate which presents other issues like oxidation and thermal heat generation issues, if that downstream plant was not built.
Either way nothing will be done until sometime 2021 and if KCZ feeder has higher grades than blending is not as big an issue.
