Yes, he wants Chile to open up for more foreign investments and also get rid the red tape by improve public consultation processes.
I know things been slow but Covid already slow us down for 5 months. Things getting improved so we will like to hear good news within 2 months by early august.
once the mandate is out by end of June, all Government Agencies need to follow and fast track their processes.
