Meeting between Italy, Libya and Malta in Malta Dec 05.

With Libya now working with the UN (http://www.tripolipost.com/articledetail.asp?c=1&i=2550) and even GWB giving them a pat on the back anything is possible.
Certainly will be interesting to watch.
