Note that its a 4bedroom house, with a theatre room. Target as stated by FBR is a 3 bedroom, single storey house. I'll hazard a guess this would mean it would require lesser blocks. Hence, a 3 bedroom house is possible in a day. Even, if this house plan is needed, I'll also hazzard a guess having multiple houses build in a row would somehow increase its efficiencies a little more. Either way, we still need to have this publicised at the right time. Only time will know if the right time would be here soon or not.
