Great summary and very true, just to add to what you say after doing a bit of investigation on the CEO and current Management it looks like they are all out of their depth, the CEO is trained as a lawyer but has never done business before Omni which was run by the original shareholders, the CEO was also only a minor shareholder, the CFO is an investment banker by trade and has no experience in business, operations or enterprise finance, the head of international sales was a category administrator who has never stayed in a business more than 2 years (check their LinkedIn profile) with zero sales experience, especially on China and no dairy knowledge at all but all IMO, the next set of reports will tell whether we are correct or that we have got it completely wrong, lets wait and see
