Your observation is accurate re BNB exiting IMO but i think your conclusion isn't. 12% is a lot less than 30%. The line in the sand has been marked around 80c, once the churn ends and the BNB shares move to stable hands it will move like a rocket above 100c, it has done it few times before, the fundamentals are definitely there. I will hold this one for awhile as I like how the company is managed. cheers
