After the FED's pretty grim outlook and the 'investing' exuberance in the US equities markets (buying chapter 11 stock, etc), coupled with the apparent complacent attitude to the virus threat (Fauci and team benched), political pressure to open the economy with sub-optimum coordinated mitigation, enthusiasm to hold political rallies, general US sentiment about individual rights, etc.... massive corporate and government debt thrown in for good measure.... + very high price / earnings ration in the S&P...... fair chance there will be a slide.
MSB whilst not immune to shocks, has significant near term upside potential which will keep it relatively safe should it unfold.
