The fine print in the Capital Raise Presentation released today answers my first few questions.
Looks like the best answer will be if they can purchase additional F100's and F70's, however AQZ are signalling that there is a risk because the aircraft are in short supply. I assume as one of the largest Fokker operators, AQZ will have a good feel for what aircraft might be available. I'm assuming they wouldn't have proceeded with the capital raise unless they had an expectation that there are F100's and F70's available (or that they are positioning to purchase VARA).
