dow capitulation

Hey all, it's been a while since my last post but like I've been saying for sometime, the DOW will be at all time lows by the end of this month. It's not a capitulation but a slow death. Still looking at 4500 or thereabouts. The good news is, I believe commodities are about to get a re-rating and we may even see some talk about IMF + G20 and some new global currency valuations also.

Good for RES long term if Coal is up.
