TC you are trying to defend the indefensible. Why would you bother to hide your holdings in the company you hold a title of president from your share holders? It beggars belief that you would not want to show faith in the company you are leading. Maybe this is because too many options were issue to him! These options have become worthless because of the market turmoil but if teh options were not issued and if he believes in the future of teh company he would have done what Andrew and Falconer had done. Putting their money where their mouth is and show some faith!
