My concern at the moment is supply...
1. kids in Japan miss out on a life saving therapy.
2. Stage 2/3 trial in the US is possibly being slowed down by a lack of product.
I have no solid evidence apart from the report of supply issues to Japan. Or are we taking the supply from Japan for US trials.
Once again, this just me thinking out loud.
