Interesting new feature on hotcopper to alert us when an announcement comes out.
The first 1m were bought at $0.20 and this lot at $0.21. Mostly likely buying them from MRC.
It is important that ALD management keep on good terms with UK investors. They would have bought up the subject of MRC potential sales with UK interests when they were there on the roadshow over the past few weeks.
UK interests would probably have said, if MRC want to sell then it would look better if they went to directors.
