Well, speaking of luck, I agree, in fact blessed that the management did not play the ultimate dirty trick of intitutional CR or consolidation before JORC. The fact that we did not do a consolidation hopefully means the management has enough confidence SP will be decent enough to ensure minimum dilution if/when CR is needed ... but hopefully a JV/Off-take also means we will not need as bigger CR.
