The Guilded Rose Project was first announced to have been sold to JIN Resouces [HK ] Limited, by an Ausmex release on the 20/09/2019 . JIN Resouces [ HK ] Limited is a private company that was only incorporated two days previously on 18/09/2019, fast work indeed. The latest reports suggest that JIN Resources has transferred the project to it's Australian subsidiary, does anyone know who that is.
