I have to admit I was initially sceptical about giving away another 20% of the company instead of taking on some debt but after reading the chairmans address I think I can see the positives in making sure we have a Chinese partner.

Having Ansteel means we have a reliable purchaser which seems to be the downfall of the other smaller players at the present.

I suppose our downside is Ansteel will probably never want to part with their shares so they will never come on the market meaning a lot less liquidity and less chance of higher prices.
