deneh: I was considering doing the same thing but yesterday's trading bounced back from the low and gaps down can often signify a last ditch effort by the desperate to sell just before the price recovers....
if the all ords looks like recovering then traders will have to cover their shorts pretty fast because prices will move up quickly...
I've done it before and it's worked for me but the spreads really narrow so it's hardly worth it unless you have a huge holding which I don't.....
I'll wait for the close...
