The offer says that eligible shareholders are invited to subscribe for 1 new share for every 4 they hold as at 7pm on Friday 12 June ( Record Date).
The record date, is the cut-off date established by a company in order to determine which shareholders are eligible to receive a dividend or distribution or entitlement.
From my understanding the record date is T+2 (as it takes a few days after you buy to register your interest on the company's books) so if you bought 2 days before the record date you will be on the register to receive the entitlement. That's my understanding and happy to be corrected.
