I've had an hour long 1 on 1 talk with him at a previous meeting and he definitely does not sound like a salesman. He was very down to earth, realistic and didn't fluff up my expectations. He told me his expectations and goals for the company and what had to happen for him to achieve those, but he didn't try to sell me tickets to fairyland
