Members of the Foundation Group have sold extensively their UNI holdings since listing. From largest 20 shareholders 2003 and 2008. Roger Williamson thru Merkaba LTD 19,227,813 shares down to 5,188,077 Craig Thorley 7,950,000 shares down to 3,971,450 Joseph Kaal 7,950,000 shares down to 5,505,353. Note; Mr Shortall started with 1,500,000 shares, bought 5,000,000 but had shares sold in a domestic dispute. He has 4,623,332 at present. I can`t come at Resolution 12 when firstly I don`t know what it is all about and secondly three of these people are confirmed sellers of this stock. What do you guys think?
